Romanie has spent 15 years in people & talent leadership roles, including 5 years as Founder & CEO of Juggle Jobs - a platform revolutionising how we hire flexible, diverse talent. She is on the Advisory Board for Circl, a dynamic company connecting underrepresented young people to leaders in top corporate companies. DEI is a passion and speciality of hers. She is an experienced startup Operator and now helps 7pc portfolio companies with people & talent strategy, including conducting leadership searches. When she isn't working or running after her toddler son, Romanie enjoys the outdoor lifestyle: hiking, sea swimming, horse-riding, biking.
